In this free webinar, get an in-depth look at how to use patient demographic data to improve quality for culturally diverse populations. Featuring the just-released Institute of Medicine report, “Race, Ethnicity, and Language Data: Standardization for Health Care Quality Improvement”, we’ll hear from IOM Committee member Romana Hasnain-Wynia about what these recommendations mean for health care providers. We’ll also hear from Grace Ting at WellPoint, Inc., a large health care system that collects and uses patient demographic data to improve health care quality and system performance.
