A few weeks ago, we told you about “Profiles of Latino Health,” a resource developed by the National Council of La Raza. Each week, they will answer a new question about prominent health issues affecting the Latino community. So far, they have posted the following four questions:
- Which health conditions disparately impact Latinos?
- In what ways does the Hispanic community show signs of good health?
- In what ways do Latinos access insurance?
- Where in the country are Latinos most likely to lack health insurance coverage?
- What are the main reasons behind high levels of uninsurance among Latinos?
