Advocate Initiatives for Grassroots Access (AIGA)
Advocate Initiatives for Grassroots Access is a nonprofit organization committed to the active promotion and preservation of the languages and culture of Pacific Islanders for future generations. AIGA advocates at the national, state, and local levels, and in public as well as private sectors for the establishment of effective change to improve and enhance the quality of life for Pacific Islanders residing in the United States and in the U.S. Territories.

Asian and Pacific Islander American Health Forum
The Health Forum is a national advocacy organization dedicated to promoting policy, program, and research efforts to improve the health and well-being of Asian American and Pacific Islander communities. Founded in 1986, the Health Forum approaches activities with the philosophy of coalition-building and developing capacity within local AAPI communities. We advocate on health issues of significance to AAPI communities, conduct community-based technical assistance and training, provide health and U.S. Census data analysis and information dissemination, and convene regional and national conferences on AAPI health.

Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations
The Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO) is a national association representing community health organizations dedicated to promoting advocacy, collaboration and leadership that improves the health status and access of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders within the United States, its territories and freely associated states, primarily through our member community health clinics.

CalOptima
CalOptima is a County Organized Health System authorized by federal law to administer Medi-Cal benefits for Orange County residents. It is governed by a private board of directors and manages the health care for approximately 250,000 Medical beneficiaries in Orange County.

The Illinois Department of Public Health was created in 1877 to regulate medical practitioners and to promote sanitation. Today, IDPH is responsible for protecting the state's 12.4 million residents, as well as countless visitors, through the prevention and control of disease and injury. The Department's nearly 200 programs touch virtually every age, aspect and cycle of life.

Latino Coalition for a Healthy California
As the leading voice for Latino Health in California, the Latino Coalition for a Healthy California is an organization that strives for financial viability so that we may effectively support our constituency. Our primary focus is the advancement of the Latino as a valuable human asset, a contributing economic force, whose improved and continued health will have a profound impact on the economic, social and health status of California. We advocate for Latino prominence in health access, social, economic, educational and political participation as a means for realization of full human potential - now - and for future generations.

National Latino Council on Alcohol and Tobacco Prevention
NLCATP is a nonprofit 501(c )(3) national organization created in 1989.  NLCATP's mission is to combat alcohol and tobacco problems and their underlying causes in Latino communities.  NLCATP is the only Latino national organization dedicated solely to reducing the harm caused by alcohol and tobacco in the Latino community through research, policy analysis, community education, training, and information dissemination.

Massachusetts Asian AIDS Prevention Project
Founded in 1993, the Massachusetts Asian AIDS Prevention Project (MAAPP) is a grassroots organization that is committed to halting the spread of HIV/AIDS among Asian and Pacific Islander communities within Massachusetts through community organizing, education, training, and advocacy efforts.

Midwest Latino Health Research Center
The Center's primary mission is to conduct health outcomes research, engage in capacity-building through technical assistance and training, and engage in research information dissemination and public policy formulation. The Center's work involves increasing the pool of Latino investigators in the field of training, and increasing the competency level of non-minority researchers to conduct culturally-appropriate health outcomes research. The Center focuses on the Hispanic/Latino population in the Midwest region.

National Asian Pacific Center on Aging
For twenty years, the National Asian Pacific Center on Aging has been dedicated to serving aging Asian and Pacific Islanders (API). NAPCA programs and projects provide thousands of elders across America with a voice and opportunity to improve their quality of life. Through NAPCA's employment programs, multilingual community forums and healthcare education, elders remain significant and valuable members of their communities.

National Black Nurses Association, Inc.
NBNA mission is to provide a forum for collective action by African American nurses to "investigate, define and determine what the health care needs of African Americans are and to implement change to make available to African Americans and other minorities health care commensurate with that of the larger society.

National Hispanic Medical Association
The National Hispanic Medical Association was organized in 1994 to address the interests and concerns of 26,000 licensed physicians and 1,800 full-time Hispanic medical faculty dedicated to teaching medical and health services research. As a rapidly growing national resource based in the nation's capital, NHMA provides policymakers and health care providers with expert information and support in strengthening health service delivery to Hispanic communities across the nation.

National Indian Council on Aging
NICOA has served as the nation's foremost nonprofit advocate for American Indian and Alaska Native elders.  NICOA advocates on their behalf across a broad range of health and human service issues. Technical assistance and training are provided to the staffs of Indian tribal organizations. The Council conducts surveys to identify specific needs of older Native Americans and serves as a clearinghouse on issues of special concern.

Papa Ola Lokahi
POL was created to help plan and establish the Native Hawaiian Health Care Systems (NHHCS).  POL and the five NHHCS are private, not-for-profit, charitable organizations, which receive federal funding under the Native Hawaiian Health Care Improvement Act of 1988.  The NHHCS provide health promotion, disease prevention, and primary health care services to Native Hawaiians and residents of the state of Hawaii. 

University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth
The Health Science Center educates osteopathic physicians, biomedical scientists, public health professionals, physician assistants and other health professionals for careers in health care, teaching and research. Primary health care is central to the mission of the institution. The center has a special mission to meet the needs of individuals in the geographic areas, and within the age, ethnic and socioeconomic groups in which primary health care is most needed.

Southeast Asia Resource Action Center
SEARAC's principal mission is to advance the interests of Southeast Asian Americans. We promote community empowerment and leadership development. We are an advocate and key representative for the diverse Southeast Asian American community. As a national organization, we serve as a coalition builder and leader, facilitator, mediator, representative, and coordinator. SEARAC is uniquely qualified to strengthen the capacity of ethnic networks, mutual assistance associations, and other community-based organizations

Summit Health Institute for Research and Education, Inc.
SHIRE is guided by a vision of a nation where health care is a right, fully implemented, and where individuals and communities are empowered to achieve and sustain optimal health and well being.  SHIRE is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization, which acts as an effective and trusted resource to communities, government agencies, corporations, and foundations for the elimination of health disparities.
